Scott Fox began Hickory Island Home Watch in 2013. Scott’s daughter Jodie and his son-in-law Dan Costello have helped fill in whenever Scott may have needed an extra hand. Dan and Jodie previously owned a small business in the area and have also been teaching students in Southwest Florida for the past twelve years.
Hickory Island Home Watch services the majority of Hickory Island as well as other areas of Bonita Springs, Estero, and North Naples. Our pricing plans begin at just $40, which includes two visits per month.
• Look for any standing water, leaks, or discoloration
• Flush toilets, run faucets
• Ensure the A/C and humidity levels are operating to your desired settings
• Look for any irregularities to the home/condo
